The split wasn't bad with a high base (Either 75/25, 70/30 depending on who I was speaking to) and while this wasn't an issue for me I could see it being an issue for some. - I was congratulated for seeming like a good fit, but was the hiring manager was apologetic that they were about to go on PTO so it may be a moment before I was spoken to again and to reach out if I didn't hear anything in a week. I contacted in a week and was ghosted. I contacted again 2 weeks later (total of 3 weeks), and ghosted again. - I removed the LinkedIn contact and received a rejection notice in 24 hours. To be honest, this feels a little bit like someone has introduced some sort of KPI that needs to be met in relation to LI contacts rather than an actual job opening
