Very unprofessional.
Hung up on me mid sentence. Then claimed it was VOIP issues.
Sent several follow up emails and never replied or called back.
This is clearly not a place that values people or normal decency. I would avoid at all cost.

Applied to the online job ad, passed the first screening and completed the technical test.
Unfortunately the process seemed to be taking unexpectedly long time. I am not sure if that is because of the workload of the hiring manager or they evaluate other options (candidates) too but never went through such a long hiring process.
Had to turn down the offer as I had to pay my bills and picked another offer.

Slowest interviewing process by far, ending with what seems like ghosting. Recruiter seems to check e-mails every other day, even when trying to schedule me for next steps. Was it a lack of urgency? Too many interviews scheduled? Was I a lower-tiered candidate? We'll never know, because of the complete lack of explanation. Honestly, being strung along with some occasional e-mail responses was a lot worse than being rejected outright.
