First part of the process was to Do written assignment that is a skills test. Included competitive analysis. Next part is to Speak to exec on the phone for a 15 minute interview. Final round was call with a strategy specialist. Questions were harder and more strategy/marketing specific. The prior interview was more behavioral for me. The interviewers were very friendly and happy to answer questions. Difficulty level was average. The written assignment was not difficult But time consuming for a intern job. f
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Vaudeville Ventures (New York, NY)
Interview
The process lasted for about 3-4 months from calls to waiting and following up with them and in-person interviewing. I was told that I had the skills they were interested in having on the team but after several follow-ups, I was told to pursue other opportunities because they weren't ready yet to hire for that role and that they hadn't fully developed what it is just yet. Overall, the people seem great but it also seems like the processes could be improved upon because this was one of the longest interview processes I've ever experienced.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Vaudeville Ventures (New York, NY) in May 2016
Interview
It was very quick with phone interviews with two members of leadership and then a full 3 hour meeting across the entire core team. It was a series of 4 meetings total, that lead to a final interview with the founders and resulted in a positive offer.
