The first call went well. I was advised to wait for the response, but have never heard from the company afterward. This is not how you build a team. And even if you don't want to go further with candidates please let them know of your decision.

I had two interviews, one with the president and COO of the company, and other with the CPO. Both were really nice to me. The interview with the CPO was hard. The case was tough, but she was super nice also.
