1 hr technical round and 1 hr behavioural round. I was not selected and when asked for the feedback came to know they were looking for someone with a specific skill. And after knowing this it made me realized the whole two hrs spent during the interview was just a joke for them. I mean why would you even shortlist my resume and even take the interview after that if you are looking for a specific skill for this role. They really don't have any respect for the people's time who finds 2 hr of time for the interview from his/her busy schedule. Why would you waste our time when you know a person doesn't have that skill you looking for? Seriously, very unprofessional people. FYI: Later when I went to see the jobs and responsibilities for this role there's no mentioning of the skill for which I was rejected. What a BS is this.
