Valassis interview questions

It was standard: 3 interviews with a total of 5 people. What was a bit different is that they brought me a four time to see if I was a good fit with the team.

The main criteria is if you're a good personality fit for their culture. And have most of the requisite skills and experience to perform the duties. Liability for the hiring manager is a key element like having similar vision and relatable hobbies and connections.
