3 phases.. 1 assessment test then two technical round Interviews.. Interview was mainly focused on the resume and projects done and basic of electronics. candidates must have strong fundamental knowledge of electronic components and must be aware of the uses and alternatives.

Technical and HR round was very well and they told me via pragmatic that i have selected and after few days no offer letter and no communication worst experince selected candidate was not eligible i.e. with 59 percent shame on process and management shame on you.
