Firstly, HR sent me a meeting invite for a telephone interview. She called and hang up in 2 seconds. I emailed right away and asked her to call back again, which she never did. So I called her instead, and she never picked it up. I just don't get this HR behavior these days. I mean, why would you want to waste our time? Just be transparent and honest.
