Interview
Pretty standard interview procedure. About 4 hours of interviews total, with different people, from hiring managers to QA and Engineering leads and product management. I had very similar experience with most other companies, from small startups to tech giants.

Question 1
I was asked to write a couple of automated test cases (template provided) and create manual test cases to cover one of the product’s features. Other questions were more high level, related to general approaches to quality assurance, my past experience, leadership and communication with colleagues etc.
