Multiple rounds - 1. Meet with director -30mins , mostly behavioral 2. Meet with team members for System design - 1 hr 3. Meet with Team lead - 30mins , mostly on leadership 4. Meet with products - 30mins, how engineering manager has worked with product team in the past. The interviewer seemed more along the lines of a scrum master/project manager to me and mentioned that there are no challenges with the team which raised an alarm in my mind. Also, she didnt quite understand what a tech roadmap means. The HR group was quite spontaneous throughout.
