VT MAK interview questions

Phone screen then on site interview. Everything went great, left with the promise of an offer. Two weeks later I found that it's not happening due to internal reasons. What a waste of a month of my time. Nothing that they could have not known before I started interviewing.

Only got to the first call, they skipped the phone screen and immediately asked technical questions. Since the position was for C++ they asked mainly about C++. I was a little taken aback by the quickness so I didn't do well.
