Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter for this role. I was given an understanding of how many interviews I should expect ahead of time. After the many interviews, I was told I was a finalist (of course knowing it could be 50-50 and not expecting the role). Then they added a few more interviews which I took. At my interview with the CFO, he was on his computer the whole time. Not engaged whatsoever. After months of interviews, I think 7 interviews in total, the company completely ghosted both me and the recruiter. The recruiter was baffled as was I. This is not normal or professional behavior.

Interview
Very chill more converstation based, asked me about options and trading strategies. Also talked to me about my past experience and how it fits in the current role. Did not ask any brain teasers or leet code or probability type questions.
Deeply went through your resume experiences and test if you really did the project. Talk with multiple members of a team, there might be multiple rounds, and after that, there is a in-person super day to their company with some tech questions ranging from programming, probability, I would say minimal hard questions.
