It is a very rigorous process. Approximately three to four interviews. First with Human Resources, then with a Manager or Consultant, then a demo presentation they sent one-two weeks prior.

Normal amount of interviews for role however it became evident the role was not a real role and company was leveraging interviews to get industry insights and ideas vs hiring externally for the specific position advertised. Company in the end misrepresented their intentions.
