The process was long but interesting. I got the chance to interview all the company members. A tech interview was intense. They learned my skills and aptitude. I was not able to demonstrate in an exercise, but it was a great interview.

Lauren is amazing to be recruited by and the entire process was fairly straightforward and enjoyable. Interview process is 3-4 interviews ending with a case study that you get a week to prepare for and walk a panel through.

Interview
Very thorough and transparent process which I enjoyed very much. It gave me insight into the company and where they want to go in addition to them getting to know me. I hope that all future interview processes that I go through will be similar. I know most of the time this will not happen and I would consider this very telling about this company vs. others. They have a place they want to get to with people they want to get there with.
Overall the process consisted of going over their company and their model for success, talking about my background/resume, a lunch with the CEO and a case study.
