I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Uswitch (London, England) in Jul 2018
Interview
Screening call, phone interview, task, then a 2.5 hour interview split into different sections.
Nothing wrong with the process (aside from being given a task late and then being asked to turn it around sooner), but the feedback, in light of the lengthy process, was quite an insult.
Firstly, clearly my CV was not read properly or they just didn't know what they wanted - i was rejected for not having enough industry experience when I made it clear I didn't have that experience from the start.
Secondly, give constructive feedback and maybe review a task before calling the candidate to interview - it was all very negative and could have saved me time and money had my task performance determined whether or not to bring me in for an interview.
Tips for anybody applying - ensure you check what specific experience they want right from the start.
