They called for the interview. 1st round was with a non-technical person who asked general questions about the past work, salary expectations, reason for leaving the job etc.
The management did not check the current salary and expectations and told that what we are paying for such a role to senior employees is less than what you are getting. After clarification about this in the first round, 2nd round and was a formality and they wanted to end the process. The person who took the interview in 2nd round was rude. The receptionist was rude as well. The questions were theoretical and were meant to reject my application.
Correct what you have written on Angellist regarding salary and then call the candidates for interview. And to the guy who took the interview in the 2nd round - don't carry your attitude while interviewing. You are not the only company looking for hiring people.
