You get contacted by the family once they see your profile. Interview, usually is with the presence of kid or children, while parents see how you play, talk or do any activity with their child they will making questions. Don't worry to make questions and be confident.

Interview
It feels like a tinder app where parents can ghost applicants during the screening process. There is no assurance of when parent will follow-up either for still interested or not interested and it keeps the interviewee in the dark. The most you can do as a babysitter waiting for feedback is if you have the iPhone you can see the parent's activity and then have to assume that they are no longer interested so that you can continue to consider other opportunities.
