Overall the process was timely. There was good communication from the talent acquisition specialist and I was kept in the loop on the timing of each step which was nice.
Very casual and friendly and it involved 3 interviews in total that included 1 with HR, 1 with my manager and 1 with the executive of the business unit I was joining.

What experience I had with managing customer complaints
The interview was positive. I was told they would let me know either way the following week. Weeks later the person making the decision never got back to me and have not even acknowledged my emails enquiring what was happening.
