HR interview. I had a terrible experience. The call was scheduled for 30 minutes. The first 15 minutes the HR recruiter just tried to sell the company, how good Upwork is, blah blah. The next 15 minutes, he spent mocking at my resume.
The HR recruiter had a extremely condescending tone ! I wonder what kind of training these people get.

Interview
Round1: Application process shortlisted Round 2: Video-conference in which the employer described the problem statement and then clarified what exactly needs to be done. Then he asked me questions related to my tentative approach to solve the problem.
I had a phone call from the recruiter to arrange the main interview for about 15 min. Main questions were what are you interested to work in Upwork? Why you apply for this position? and What is your salary expectation?
Second interview was through video call with the main hiring manager. The interview was very conversational about my overall work experience
