These guys will hire pretty much anyone over 18 without a criminal record. The key is to appear competent, but not to seem as smart as the manager. They employ sub-standard district managers and they are afraid of their employees standing up for themselves. If you seem like you'll do the job and not rock the boat, you're in. Also, if you're looking for a supervisor position, DO NOT let them hire you as a "security professional". I have only ever heard of one person being promoted to a supervisor's position. All the other vacancies were filled by new hires, even when there were more experienced and competent "security professionals" that were already trained at the job site.
