Very informal process - online questions, test taking; felt as though HR was non-existent. Apparently company is so large it can only use this spam-like automated process. Or else, I'm used to more particular processes evaluating my potential as a candidate.

Initial recruiter phone screen after which you get forwarded to the Hiring manager. Hiring manager goes over your current/past job responsibilities, technical skills. For this role they were looking for SQL and Tableau. After it interview with Manger's manager that's more of a get to know you.
