      I am here to voice my borderline humiliation, not for the interview process, but for the application process. I signed up for the talent team to receive updates on positions. I received an email saying that I should apply for the senior customer support position. I went to the website and applied for the role. Less than an hour later I received a rejection email saying to qualify for the position I needed to meet the qualifications. The company themselves told me to apply for the position and that I would be a good fit for the role based on my profile. I have been searching for a new position for a few months now, so rejection isn't a new thing in the current climate, but to be told to complete an application and then immediately be told I don't qualify was a new level of rejection.
