The interview process was brief. It lasted about ten minutes. General questions were presented about your background, future goals, skills and abilities. A drug test is administered right away at the location. The interview is one on one. They review your resume and ask questions about past employment and skills relating to the position you are applying for.

I wasn't interviewed, but they had a huge demand at the time, and I had just passed the exam with the College of Insurance program. Typically I believe they do have a strict interview process.
