THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL JOB IVE EVER APPLIED FOR.
I applied for the position, and then had the initial phone screen about a week later. Then I went on to have a 1 hour video interview with the hr manager. I was told that the class would start June 14th. After the interview, I received a call from a recruiter saying I got the job and she congratulated me. HOWEVER, she said that they overbooked the training class and that they were actually offering me a standby offer of employment (which basically means unless someone drops out of the class, you don't really have a job, so it was extremely deceitful to congratulate me when I didn't really get it.) Nobody dropped out of the class, and I was told that if another class opens, then I would be put in. Then maybe a month later I received another phone call from a recruiter saying that they had a class for July 19th BUT it was with a different hiring manager, and I would have to interview ALL OVER AGAIN, and that the job wasn't guaranteed. I agreed anyways, and the recruiter scheduled me for the incorrect day (she didn't even apologize) and I sent her a frustrated email since I cleared out my morning to have that interview. She didn't respond, and the HR manager called me the next day and I did the interview. Then I received an email a week later saying that they are moving on with other candidates (I believe the recruiter told the hr manager that I was being difficult, even though she is the one that screwed up the interview date) I went through the entire process of the background check, drug test, and onboarding for NOTHING! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. DONT APPLY TO THIS COMPANY.
