I was first contacted to do a assessment online. After completing the test i was contacted by a recruiter asking about previous work experience. The recruiter was friendly and professional. After passing on to the next step i was set up with a hour interview with hiring manager. It was more if a conference call with two people on the line asking me about me previous work experience and situational questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. I didnt feel pressured and they were very professional and conversational. I was told i would be contacted in a few days with the next step. I will update accordinly.

Applied online for position, received an email the following day to complete an assessment in addition to self-identify. Exactly one week later received an email explaining the job I applied in more detail and the day to day expectations for that position and role; immediately after receiving email received a call from recruiter stating I excelled at assessment and would like to set up time for phone interview; had phone interview the following day which lasted about 30-40 minutes asked detailed information behavioral and situational on past experiences with previous employers and employees; stated I would be moved to the next round and be contacted within 1-2 weeks; the following week was a holiday so did not hear from hiring manager however my application status changed to "Initial Phase" stated I would being forwarded to the next round; received a phone call the following Monday from hiring manager to schedule a phone interview for following day; phone interview was following day, lasted for 1 hour and went very well, then invited for in person interview within the next 2 weeks. In person interview was not as long as the intitial interviews and met the Directors and Manager over that division. Questions were also behavioral, situational and gaging personality, was told I would hear back within a week. Received a phone call a week and a half later offering the position from HR Recruiter. Overall very thorough interview process yet smooth and received positive feedback each week during the process.
