I applied online. I interviewed at United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change
Interview
I have interviewed previously for an internship I did not get, then for the one I was hired. Both times, the interview was conducted by a panel of 3 persons from the specific team. I noticed the interviewers wanted to know how aligned my own views on climate change governance were in relation to the work of the UNFCCC. For instance, one question I recall was what was my opinion about how my country was handling climate governance. I would say the interview difficulty was moderate, but I chose the option "difficult" from the drop-down menu because we are talking about an internship, so in comparison to most internships, it was a difficult interview.
