Interview
In Feb. 17 I applied online, the following day I received an email inviting me to do a video interview. I did the video interview in Feb 19. And I had to wait for 3 days before I got a response from them inviting me for an In-person Interview or what they call F2F. I followed the instructions in the email that they sent and called them to schedule my F2F. I'm scheduled next week and I'm hoping that I will remain calm for the whole process. Goodluck to all of us. I will share some of the video interview questions that I remembered below.

1) Why are you the best choice for the flight attendant position? 2) How do you provide exceptional customer service? 3) Tell us a situation where you wish you would have handled differently 4) How do your coworkers perceive you? 5) Tell us a situation you went above and beyond for a customer

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
