    I worked at United Airlines full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Trusted and treated with respect. Not a toxic culture full of people trying to get their work done. Management was great and work life balance was great as well. Not to mention I could travel the world every weekend.

    Cons

    Culture is very corporate which some people might find boring.

    Pros

    Colleagues are very united together in the flight attendant work group. Great communication with pilots and csrs.

    Cons

    Management doesn't listen to the employees and public. They failed to get the Core4 principles and plan of action fully across to everyone.
