You complete a a video interview after your application has been reviewed. If they like you they will invite to a group interview at one of their bases. The process can be either fast or take sometime. Many people apply so sometimes it seems your application can be lost in the shuffle. Just be patient. No news is good news.

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

Did the assessment, completed some tax survey, submitted odvi, got invited to the virtual interview with recruiter Friday so hopefully I do well and forward with the f2f and ultimately end up with a cjo
