I applied to United Airlines 1/19/16.. Received an email the same day advising me that my application had been forwarded to the recruiting team. On 1/21/16 I received details to take the video interview and they told me I had 5 days to complete the interview. All the questions listed here are pretty accurate. I completed my video interview 1/26/12 and received an email today 2/1/12 that I was not selected to move forward in the interview process. I actually thought I did pretty well and they don't give you any feedback, so you won't know why you were not chosen being that they don't disclose any interview details.

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
