I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at United Airlines in Dec 2015
Interview
I applied this Monday 11/30 and within two hours received the invite for the video interview. I had done two interviews previously with Delta so I knew I was terrible at them, I'm great at f2f but for some reason I freeze during these video interviews. I did the video interview today and I'll post the answers below. I practiced using the questions on this website which sure enough were ones I was asked, I answered okay since I practiced a lot but I believe how I looked when I answered them definitely portrayed nervousness. Fingers crossed I hear back soon as this is my dream but i know i bombed it.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
