I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
I applied online, four days after I got an email inviting me do a video interview. I defiantly study general interview questions before. I dressed professional for the video interview. When I did he first question my computer went to sleep. I panic a little and the camera kept recording. That made me nervous but continued to answer all the questions. I thought I did okay and was not expecting an invitation but Im now heading to my F2F interview in SFO. I'll keep you guys posted. Cheers.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
