I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Newark, NJ)
Interview
Multi-step interview process, if you can attend a hiring fair first then I'd highly suggest doing so. Attend the fair, they'll send you a link with the application, complete it, then you'd advance to the assessment. Afterwards it is a virtual interview then an in person interview usually where the hiring fair was. If you applied online with no fair, then the in person interview will take place in Houston.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a time you had to deal with a difficult situation and how did you handle it?
I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
