Interview
I went to a face to face in San Francisco few weeks ago. I was expecting a lot more from a interview with one of the majors airlines in U.S.A. It was super fast (about 2hours max). First you meet others candidates in a room (20 people that day) and some flight attendants explain really quickly some details about the position. After that one FA stays in the room to answer questions for 15min while the others will start calling each candidate for a face to face interview. There is no activity in group. After a 20min of interview the FA said that I would receive a e-mail with the feedback.

One of the flight attendants refuses to perform the beverage service. What do you do?
If a lady was on her laptop and refuse to turn it off what would you do?
Name a time you had to deal with an angry customer?
Describe a time where you had to make a decision at the job which you wished you would have done differently.
Name a time when you had an issue with a coworker. How did you handle it, what was the outcome.

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

Did the assessment, completed some tax survey, submitted odvi, got invited to the virtual interview with recruiter Friday so hopefully I do well and forward with the f2f and ultimately end up with a cjo
