Interview felt pretty stiff. It wasn’t until after the final interview that I found out they were looking for specific responses to their questions. It didn’t really matter how good my problem solving was, it just wasn’t what the answer they wanted. Was able to network with other applicants which was nice.

What would you do in a situation where a passenger is not compliant?

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
