I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines
Interview
The whole process was really quick. It was about a month. The video interview and F2F was not as hard as I expected. Practice the STAR method for video interview. The F2F was a wonderful experience. All the candidates and recruiters were really friendly and I was able to feel relaxed. I’m not allowed to share any details about the interview but as everyone is saying, dress the part, smile, and be yourself! I was super nervous and messed up in some parts but I got the job:) Believe in yourself and you’ll be fine!
Good luck everyone!!<3

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
