I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Aug 2015
Interview
I filled out an online application. I received an invite to complete a video interview, one-way. A few days later, I received an email inviting me to schedule an in person interview. The interview was a group interview with about twenty other people. We all had a chance to ask questions as a group, and then each person was called back to have a one on one interview. If they liked you, they asked you to stay for more questions. I was not asked to stay, so I knew no job offer was coming.

I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
