I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX)
Interview
Applied online. Within the next day got an invitation for the video interview. Pretty simple process. Few days later got an invitation to the group info session/face to face interview in Houston! Flew to Houston and had the interview. Group of around 20 people were with me. They did a presentation about being a flight attendant and answered any questions you may have. They then called you back for your private interview. They have you read an announcement when you're ready to. The interview was very kind and nice and made you feel comfortable. She's taking notes on your interview as it goes on. She also asks a few things off your resume to seek further info. I thought I had done a terrible interview however she asked me to follow her to a waiting area while my resume and her notes were being reviewed. I was then called into a room with two corporate people. They then asked further questions about whether I'm okay with being on reserve and relocating. They also took my passport and made copies for themselves. They then stepped out of the room for a minute to discuss some things. They came back and told me I was a great candidate and offered me an invitation to training! After they had sent me to the medical center within the airport to do my drug test/ear and eye tests. Then I was on my way home! Received my training info email that same day!
How would you handle a situation if you were the lead flight attendant and one of the flight attendants didn't want to come into work for a 30 minute flight from Houston to Austin.

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
