I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Apr 2015
Interview
Basically the same thing everyone has already said. I was one of the last groups of people to be flown out for interviews instead of having to do them on HireVue. Get corralled into a room where they do a presentation, and then they call people out one by one to do interviews. Some stay, some go back to the airport.

What would you do if you were the lead flight attendant and it was a short trip, and the other flight attendant did not want to do beverage service? What if they continued to be insubordinate and play on their phone?

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
