I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines in Dec 2014
Interview
Hi all! Previous reviews listed on this page from Nov and Dec 2014 are right on target. As far as myself I made it through the 2nd interview (the one they asked you to come back after lunch to meet with one individual from management and a FA). At that point, questions revolve around how serious are you about the job and if you have thought about all implications regarding days and hours to work, availability, etc.; as life as you know it will dramatically change. They sort of let you know what base needs you and they re-ask you about your willingness to relocate to that base if needed. Then, they ask you to step out for a few minutes and come back into the office. At that point, they may ask you one or two more questions. You also have a chance to ask any additional questions you may have. From there on, I was told that I should hear back via email in approx. one week. It has been about a week and a half and I have not heard either way; so I am actually a bit concern I have not gotten my dream job :-( Does anyone have any additional feedback if they got an offer and how long after the 2nd interview they received the email? Thanks and good luck to all.
PS: I heard from a different source that people who did not make it to the second interview already got an TBNT email.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
