I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at United Airlines (Newark, NJ) in Feb 2015
Interview
Nice one on one interview. Comfortable setting. Time for Q and A at the end. Whole process of determining the successful took way to long. Not sure of the reason. Also not provided specific feedback on interview.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Jan 2016
Interview
Typical STAR interview with 5 questions. There is also short role playing section and the small writing section. Role playing will consist of giving a short briefing to the employees and the writing section consist of sending a email to a manager. It is a 3:1 interview which makes it a little more intimating.
I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (Chicago, IL)
Interview
I applied online and received a call from the Airport Manager, who along with the hiring manager were my interviewers. My interview ended up being the day after I called, I met up with him at one of the gates at the airport, we went to a room with like 8 chairs and I was interviewed by those two. They told me a little about the company and the position and asked me to go over my resume, then it got more formal, they had the STAR interview package and just read straight from it. I answered the questions and pertained them to positions I'd held. If you have a aviation background answer the questions the best you can with things you've done for that, not other jobs. The interview was 2 weeks ago so I haven't heard back yet, but I may have it. If I can update this I will.
