I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines in May 2016
Interview
I applied for the job on a Monday or Tuesday. I got an email on Thursday inviting me to complete an online video interview via HireVue. It's a very easy process. The interview was only 5 questions long. They give you the option to answer practice questions to hopefully shake out any camera nerves and ensure your voice can be heard etc. I highly recommend answering the practice questions. Not sure if if this is always the case, but all 3 of my practice questions were asked during the actual interview. That allowed me to feel extra prepared for those even though I honestly thought they wouldn't ask me practice questions in the actual interview.
Now I wait to see if I get to move on to the next round which would be face-to-face interviews. Fingers crossed.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
