I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at United Airlines in Apr 2016
Interview
I applied on Friday and received my first interview request the following day. The video interview process was a very different experience, especially if you have slight hesitation of being in front of a camera. Overall, I feel the initial interview process is flexible for today's technology and gives a candidate the opportunity to polish themselves with the practice questions. However, the practice questions are not the same questions asked but may be similar.
I was tongue tied while answering a few of the questions and more confident on the others. On my first question, "tell me about your customer service experience", I was noticeably nervous, had to pause, but regained my poise to finally answer the question completely. I would be surprised if I get a second interview request.
After you've read all the advice and watched all the YouTube prep videos, just do it and hope for the best.

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
