I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2015
Interview
I first applied online and heard back within days to do a video interview. I prepared the exact questions I found on glass door and felt they prepared me amazingly. I then got a face to face interview and they offered to fly my out to San Francisco. I went and felt like I was extremely prepared and knew all the small tidbits on what to wear and how to wear your hair. In all honestly I didn't feel like I was judged fairly and was sent home with no offer.

Interview
I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
