I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2016
Interview
Applied on Wednesday, got an email later that day for a video interview (5 days to do it, did it on the 4th day) and then the next day I got an email inviting me to do a face-to-face interview. That interview is scheduled for tomorrow.
Study the questions on here, they're very helpful! The video interview is very awkward, I thought I didn't do that hot on one or two of the six questions, but it didn't go too bad! The practice questions they give you are also very helpful. Stay calm and smile and be happy and you'll be fine. Use natural lighting. Dress the part.
I'll update tomorrow after I do the face-to-face interview.

Question 1
Name a time you went out of your way to make a customer happy
I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
