Union Gospel Mission (BC) interview questions

Average difficulty of an interview. Supervisors were very kind and they wanted to get to know me and whether I'd be a good fit for the team. They asked about previous history in a child care setting.

Prior to the interview there was a pre-screening call to make sure that the candidate is a Christian, whatever that may mean to them. The interview was with one person from the program and one person from HR. They started it off with a prayer. Overall the questions were as expected. They included questions around past experiences, some past and future situational questions, and some questions related to Christian faith. The interview was surprisingly long, maybe an hour and a half.
