It starts with the talent partner. You are then endorsed for another interview with a panel. In my case it was a panel of marketing experts. After which, I was endorsed to the hiring manager.

Great people however, Incredibly thorough. Asking all the best questions to ensure they find the right person for the job. Very approachable people who make you feel comfortable in the room.
