I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Unilever (London, England)
Interview
The Unilever placement interview process is structured and thorough, starting with an online application followed by a gamified assessment that tests cognitive and emotional skills. Candidates then complete a video interview with situational and motivation-based questions. Shortlisted applicants are invited to a virtual Discovery Centre, which includes group exercises, a case study, and a final interview. The process is designed to assess your alignment with Unilever’s values, leadership potential, and problem-solving ability.
You were given time to prepare before each question, and you can record up to 2-3 times. I think most question is just about yourself and some case studies, overall pretty straightforward and easy
Was simple questions via hirevue, then assessment centre. Which included a case study and a proposal that we had to present to a member of staff which was then asked questions about.
Difficult to get a read on the interviewer and did not really know what they expected from some of the questions that they were asking. Some questions were easier to answer but there was a heavy focus on answering questions with being backed up from personal experiences.
