Very structured and well organised interview proceedure, with excellent feedback and analysis. The interview/recruitment process is very well managed at Unilever. I found the whole experience very beneficial, obtaining feedback on development area's and where i could look to improve my capability.
Entrevista de screening con el área de talento, posteriormente con la reclutadora y después con el manager del área. Hasta ahí llegué en mi proceso. Sin embargo me mencionaron sobre un assesment en línea en donde debes de grabar tus respuestas.
