The first level was an assessment of your personality. The second level assesses your cognitive skills with two games: one with shapes and the other with numbers. The third level is the recorded interview.

what conflicts did you encounter in the workplace?
I applied via the company website on Workday. I had a screening phone call and then an interview with the hiring manager. The process was clearly explained, and then straightforward and quick.
I answered questions and did puzzles through an automated system that they explained was apart of their interview process to get to know me, my work style, my personality, etc. The puzzles weren’t hard and it gave me results at the end that also helped me learn about myself which was helpful.

I never did a face-to-face interview, they only had me complete the online work.

Interview
Very comfortable, but mismanaged schedules so I had to talk to two interviewers at separate times, for the same interview. First was super nice, the other not so much - they mentioned projects and responsibilities not mentioned on the job description
